That Operations Manager is also sending me a link for a free Uber. This is after both phone support and web chat said they don’t offer that benefit. This company’s left hand doesn’t know about its right hand let alone its feet.

Picking up NCA on Thursday 9/9 from my 7/7 order. Maybe one of the few people happy to get NCA based on responses, as I don’t plan to charge every day or even week necessarily.

Thanks. Got automated text and email this morning to pick delivery time between Wed/Thu/Fri. They absolutely refused to connect me to anyone at Princeton on the phone previously, multiple times. They also gave ZERO wiggle room on ability to move to home delivery or Springfield.

Paramus update! Got a text and email this morning to schedule my NCA delivery for Princeton. Had Wed/Thu/Fri options available and I picked Thursday. Was able to pull my wife off as a co-owner last night by phone - had to reapply for financing and pull my credit again but no big deal and way...

Was previously scheduled to pick up M3 SR+ in Paramus 9/4. Was moved to Princeton but can’t get a straight answer from anyone on timing. They all keep telling me that Princeton is going to reach out to me to schedule. Won’t tell me where the car is. Won’t put me in touch with Princeton directly. UGH

My wife is going to be listed as a co-owner. Anybody on here familiar with what I might need if I wanted her to grant me POA in order to complete the sale and not have to attend for signing docs in person?

Springfield NJ is also close to EWR. Just a longer drive home. Could also go up to Mount Kisco from HPN.

Yea I just saw that too. I think there’s a good chance my car survived unscathed since it was supposed to arrive in Paramus today (9/2), and the VIN doesn’t show as totaled (yet). Hopefully they can reschedule me for home delivery or Springfield NJ soon if so.
