I have not. But i did try to reinstall software. Did not help. Might try to do the factory reset while I wait for the new backup camera i ordered as it could be the culprit.

I have an issue like this. It went away for a week but now it returned. Black screen for some seconds then message about passenger airbag off and the message about the camera being unavailable when in reverse.
