I was able to fix my issue. Some sort of metal plate is embedded into the side panel by the subwoofer that was rattling. Some foam tape fixed all my issues.

I’ve done it twice already. This service center has generally been really good with fixing these things compared to the other one. However both are over a hour away so that’s my only issue. I may add sound deadening myself if it’s easy to take apart the panels.

What did they do to fix it? Mine is pretty bad. I have a 2023.

I ended up getting the trailer brake harness and was able to install my V1 today. Used the same wiring technique as this thread but took the power wire towards the driver footwell area and tapped into the trailer brake harness connector. Works great, turns on when door opens and radar turns off...

I ended up getting the trailer brake harness for a few dollars from Tesla service and hardwired it down the drivers side and now the radar turns on when the door opens and off when the door closes.

Got mine replaced during a service visit. It was also showing low battery within 2-3 weeks of owning the car.

Went back for a follow up for parts they had to order. Had them do an alignment and balance and happy to report it’s 90-95% gone. 23 LR

Long range now shows 335 miles

I emailed the operations advisor for the store I picked up the vehicle from. She said she would contact the DMV specialist to get an update. My Y paperwork arrived within a week. But I asked for another temp tag and she said it’s not legal to send another one. I may give them a call tomorrow.

Has anyone received their registration documentation? Pickup was last week of Nov and my temp tags expire in a few days.

Make sure someone is sitting in the drivers seat with pedal on brake. It turns off quickly after you stop and get out of the car or no one is in the drivers seat.
