same thing and it only started recently. I'm sensitive to strange new small sounds and this was not there before. I thought it was my new phone mount which is of course in the same upper left dashboard area.

certainly sounds like the car to me. Mine has done this occasionally but almost always ends up being the phone in back pocket or the app got closed or something. I'd classify it as working 99% of the time since late 2020.

Mine was just replaced by the ranger at no charge. They were called out to do the trunk camera wire, I was not aware of the camera fix. He said I’m here to do two things and hooked it up. Works perfectly now.

I bought this car because it’s faster than any previous (sports!) cars I’ve owned. The fact it draws little attention doing it is a bonus. very few cars are going to pull away from these things at a light.
