By the way ; YouTube and Netflix still perfectl work on my 2020.48 so their popup message has been FUD for me

I'm still resisting as well (2020.48.12.10 here ) Got the same popup they can go to hell, i'll upgrade if/when I get back my map. You're not alone folks, I see quite a lot of 2020.48 on teslafi.

On reddit the man who took those pictures (and probably got someone at tesla fired) explains that the YOKE will be an opt-in - everyone will receive the regular wheel and the yoke will be a later retrofit.

Also avoiding all updates since xmas update, to avoid the new disastrous Model UI (less map, unredable, etc) I guess it'll up until V11 at this stage.

The guy is the richest man on earth and you're surprised they don't care anymore about your feedback ? :) What more could he expect ?

And some people live with this since more than 2 months ( I’m in the happy few refusing the update but I know they’re gonna enforce it on my anytime they also , obviously , lost me as a customer . my model3 with « its improved ui » will be gone this year. in the meantime I’ll resist

I'm in the same boat, Will refuse this update until either Tesla brings me back my map real estate or I can get rid of the car ( which is impossible in wintertime as everyone would see what a crap car it is when it's freezing ). In both cases, the solution will be in the coming months

There was never such a statement . Elon spoke about « customisation « and this can be anything . And maybe in two years

If they don’t improve the UI of the M3, I think they’ll lose the confidence of a good chunk of their customers

Still avoiding the holiday update as well, but I'm with you guys. Second ticket opened at tesla. We need our screen real estate back for the map + font sizes... or maybe the plan is the just make you sick with stupid wasted space until you buy a model S.
