Which part? the screen doesn’t stay off. Blank screen revives within a few seconds and doesn’t require resetting it waiting long periods of time.

I experienced it a few times. Someone recommended opening the door and closing it again. Strangely it works. Screen usually comes right up normally without having to reset Has gotten better with recent software releases.

Me too. And inevitably someone parks right beside me. The Tesla effect lol.

Really want to echo OzoneAction’s suggestion above. It’s my number one feature I look for. And it’s why I still haven’t found the mats I like. otherwise these look ideal for me.

For me your #1 features a screen that isn’t blank, but says unlocked and shows picture of the car. Then screen goes blank and nothing seems to revive it. Once it revives it launches browser to some Tesla address. Twice I’ve lost all settings except phone as key. Strange.

Piece of follow up info. When the screen finally comes to life it launches the browser and has a Tesla address before it disappears in favor of the normal UI. That has happened at least 3 times since this began.

Yes. It has happened to me about 5-6 times as well. As I’m trying to reboot twice now I’ve managed to reset all settings. Super frustrating. Not exactly sure what I’m doing to contribute to that. Weirder still when I approached my car today it said I had a software update (one I hope fixes...

I have similar issue and also applied 2 coats of ceramic and kept the belt from contacting until it was dry. if it bothers me badly enough I may have to resort to gently using a melamine sponge. I don’t know that it’ll bother me that much. I am, however, quite disappointed in the “ceramic”...

Measurement is slightly over 11 feet depending on the width of the product you’re transporting. PVC or conduit would work just fine.

Not sure it matters but I lowered the window all the way down automatically and raised it fully automatically before rebooting. Figured that would let it detect its limits. Probably unnecessary but I wasn’t sure what was going on or what was causing it.

Did you apply the brake while resetting? If not try that.

Same. Reboot corrected it.
