I paid $1800 and that included a chrome delete. The guy I used works from his home so it takes like 5 days but he did an awesome job. PM me for his info. He's located in Buena Park. If you go to a private shop you'll pay closer to $3k or so.

I installed an ikon motorsports "hennessy" style spoiler I got online for around $150. Fit is perfect and it's held up great for over 10k miles in SoCal weather.

It all depends what you really want. I owned a tuned Mk7 GTI before buying my Model S P85D. The S is definitely a more "grown up" look (which is what my wife wanted) if that's what you're going for. It's also ridiculous off the line. And I love not having to queue up at Costco for gas. But...

Doesn't look like there's anything to hold the phone onto the charger. As soon as you accelerate it'll go flying.

Sorry for the delayed reply. It's actually got a really strong suction cup that I've stuck on the side of the center console. Seems to be holding ok for now but I'm worried when the weather warms up it might not hold.

This is where I mounted mine. Perfect location IMHO. Easy to see and access when needed and doesn't interfere with the screen or center console.
