So it was in the upper 60’s yesterday and I drove about 105 miles on the day, mostly non-highway. Averaged 251 Wh/mi for the day which is pretty consistent with what I would expect on the OEM setup.

I use one to keep groceries cold on the way home in warm weather.

I have the Ottoplate and I am happy with it. I like it because it uses the OEM plate holder and it sits flush on the front of the car.

I ordered one as well and it worked perfectly fine. The template I have is much smaller, clips to the oem plate holder, and is white plastic (in the installation video it is black). You might have received the wrong part. I hope you get it resolved soon.

I did. Had to get it from my SA via text since I can’t access my account.

After about an hour of trying to access my account to no avail, SA got back to me to say that I would get an email to set up delivery. He also gave me my VIN 186xxx.
