Alternative, DIY refresh Model X rear camber correction

These look very nice. Also interested in the price, material, link, all the above :) How much change did it have on your camber?

Alternative, DIY refresh Model X rear camber correction

Good data points. Wow that's really negative! What ride height setting is that on? Did you happen to have any measurements off a previous alignment to compare the gauge to the alignment numbers? I was thinking it would have reduced camber by about 1deg, but guess not. My 2022 MX Plaid rear...

Alternative, DIY refresh Model X rear camber correction

Excellent find! Thought I asked in this thread, but was in another thread. I didn't know that was the grade in the part description. Looks like someone could reduce camber issue for ~$30 in materials and some elbow grease. Here's what I've found. McMaster-Carr has lots of M12 stainless...

Model x 2023 MACSBOOST Camber Kit

Or have a photo of the original bolt head?

Model x 2023 MACSBOOST Camber Kit

I found the bolt details in another post. M12x1.75 x 46. I’m wondering if it’s better to just get M12x1.75x 50 bolts since adding a 3 mm washer. Hopefully the hole in the body allows an additional millimeter of thread. Does anyone know the grade of bolt used from Tesla?

Model x 2023 MACSBOOST Camber Kit

I’d love to know original bolt size/length to know how much thread engagement I’m losing by putting washers. Maybe the same info for the new bolt. IIRC thought macsboost switched to Allen head bolt which has a smaller head.

Tire Replacement Suggestions for 22' Model X Plaid

Very good feedback thanks for sharing. I’m wishing I stuck with my original tire even though it had short life. The contact sport 6 was about 80% quieter than my new DWS +. Next round I guess. For now riding in very low to accelerate wear 😜

Model S/X Round Steering Wheel & Retrofit

OEM round wheel looks nice. For those that have it, when rotating the wheel does it "wobble"? Like the axis of rotation is not in the center of the wheel? Also does anyone know how it compares to the older pre-refresh model S/X wheel? I had a 2016 X previously and I thought its steering...

Squeak I can't find for the life of me

I have this same sound on my model X but it’s on drivers side. Kind of like rubbing two pieces of styrofoam together. It’s cringy for me. It occurs more often in hot weather.

Tire Replacement Suggestions for 22' Model X Plaid

Whatever you get, don't get Continental DWS 06+. I got them for the 22XP and they're SUPER loud. Weird as I've had the DWS06 (non-plus version) on my 2016 X w/ 22" and they're super quiet. I'm thinking next set will be the OE plaid tires (even though they wear in 15k miles or so) or may...

Plaid acceleration shudder and half shafts?

Sad times. I may have it but unconfirmed. I have a 22' plaid X with about 10k miles. I drive pretty slow about 80% of the time. The other day making a very slight right and accelerating with somewhere between 25% and 50% throttle, I hear a clicking sound, but dull sound, not metal on metal...

Weird buzzing sound after updating to 2022.24.6 [Fixed in 2022.36.1]

Whew! Update complete. Before my update completed, I got an error that the car has no charge and dyno mode enabled, strange. I was going to plug it in, but i never let the car get below 50%. So I waited and eventually the car showed 80% installed, then rebooted, then update complete. Had me...
