What's the difference between the gen 1 and gen 2 DC/DC converter? Is the gen 2 supposed to be more reliable? Mine just failed right after Tesla replaced the fuses for the AC so the only option I have from Tesla is to do the gen 2 retrofit.

I just took my car in yesterday and they said they need to replace the drive unit. I had no problems at all except for the fact that i hear the roof rattling and other parts of the interior doing the same. What's wrong with the drive unit? Did anyone ever find out?
