As far as I know, no additional credit checks if you are within the loan approval period but do check with Tesla Finance.

You are able to change it up by calling in, up to 1-2 weeks prior to delivery. I myself switched from lease to finance in the last week. But there may/may not be a credit pull depending on whether your approval has expired. So be wary of that.
