Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I should mention that Jesse is heavy into Tesla but surprisingly he didn't talk about Tesla's exposure to what may be going on there.

Heres one indicator, there are probably more... Chinese migrants flock to U.S.-Mexico border on economic pressures And here's someone that's done some heavy examination of what's going on that isn't being discussed much. Preferably more someone that are in the know from here.

Has anyone started doing modeling/thinking on the currently beginning economic collapse of China and what effect that will have on Tesla Shanghai sales in 2025/2026 if they are in a severe recession/depression by then? What percentage are China's sales of global? Thx

    Elon & Twitter

Yep, The head of the greatest company in the world (Tesla) and the man who has done so much for the betterment of the earth is boosting tweets that suggest the media and the FBI are falsifying social media posts made by the Allen TX shooter. Will always be a fan of Tesla and the mission...

Lars is actually giving some great tidbits, next gen is multiple categories. New M3, New MY and so on all using a much cheaper manufacturing process and also more affordable for the consumer.

Sources look good to me, so do the savings. Rear brakes aren't as important as fronts. But then, I have the older larger brakes on my MYP 😄

For one example I read Tesla is installing MYLR rear brakes on MYP rears and putting red plastic covers on them. o_O https://insideevs.com/news/630576/tesla-model-y-performance-plastic-caliper-covers/

    Russia/Ukraine conflict

Odd report of disgusting packages being sent to Ukraine missions around the globe from Germany. Disturbingly using Tesla's own return address at a Tesla store in Germany.

    Elon & Twitter

Elon took over twitter because of the dangers of left/right echo chambers and amplifying division. With the one Pelosi tweet I've never seen twitter so divided and angry. EDIT: User since 2009

In this case its in a garage that goes deep underground (The DGA building in Los Angeles) So no signal there. EDIT: Couple of facts from the video; It was an older model X, He went home and got a key card to open the car but still couldn't get it into Drive. (Implies there was something else...

Nice to see someone tracking these changes, Ryan Shaw said according to his sources (internal to Tesla) there have been 30 revisions to the ModelY suspension alone. Wish we could get that granularity in these reports!

Oh that IS easy, I'm not getting it for my MYP but I do have the 7k version on my CyberTruck preorder. But it doesn't answer the question some seem to be advocating, what is the 15k value proposition for normal drivers, there isn't one? It seems odd to me considering we're the ones being asked...
