Anyone bought the track package for a daily driver?

Cool, thanks for the perspectives! I may have to test drive it again to assess the "bite" of the stock brakes

Model S Plaid Track Package Waiting Room

That's interesting. I had asked Tesla Service about the different wheel option weights and they told me: 19 inch wheels and tires weigh 57 lbs (wheel 29 lbs + 27 lbs tire). 20 inch forged wheels weigh 50lbs (wheel 21 lbs + tire 29 lbs) 21 inch arachnid wheels weigh 67 lbs (wheel 35lbs + tire...

Anyone bought the track package for a daily driver?

I'm gonna order a Model S Plaid in a couple months and I am very likely to at least get the 20" Zero G wheels but was wondering if I should get the track package. Does anyone know if the Track Packaging carbon ceramic brakes are noise, rougher, or in any way have a trade off vs. the standard...

    Roadster Lug Nuts

No weight savings. Both the old and the new lug are both EXACLTY 2.55 oz on my kitchen scale, so I suspect they may even be the same original manufacturer. A great cosmetic upgrade though

Any Model S Owners planning on Model Y purchase?

I have a 2013 Model S 85 with 135k miles on it. I have been super happy with it. Only 11% loss of range and it was charged to 90% for most of it’s life with Supercharging a couple times a month. I will get 100kW Supercharging to start when the battery very low. Many small issues over the...

Model Y windows on Model 3.

The placement of the cross member on Model 3 is to ensure good headroom for read occupants. Having just glass directly above your head makes a huge difference as I can attest to owning both a Model 3 and a Model S where the rear headroom suffers a bit from the cross member. Model Y being taller...

Hi Pete, Do you have the rear wing or front hood CF pieces in your inventory? I would be interested in either one or both. Ping me at dbourne at icloud.com if you've got those items! Thanks Dave
