I've got a MY20 that has a very annoying interior vent whistle, almost sounds like a faint dial up modem. It's only noticeable when vent speeds are between 1 and 3. Where do I start looking to fix address this?

My MY came with what Tesla employees describe as within spec front fender overlap that has never been able to be repaired. I’m sure I’m going to be dealing with paint repair issues from friction rubbing overtime and want to fix this. Has anyone had luck with repairing their fender bumper overlap??
