I’m pretty confident you’re right, I had TBD right up until I got a VIN twice (rejected a 2021 vin in December and went on hold). I added Carrier Direct in Nov and it changed the EDD to that eternal TBD. I texted my SA asking if they might know approx when it would arrive at the delivery center...
