Then there's more upmarket Apple car software. Would someone spending $100k on a car want an Android front end? You know, the OS that is targeted by scammers and reverse engineering nerds? I'm hoping by the time the 3hits the streets, this issue will be resolved.

I'm coming from a Renault Fluence - an EV that has roughly the same dimensions as the Tesla 3. I disliked 'city cars' (of which I consider the Nissan Leaf to be one) so until the 3 arrives, I'll simply enjoy my Fluence until it's time to swap.

I've noticed Ameticans similarly have no clue where most European countries are. It all boils down to intelligence, not where you are located. So with that in mind, sweeping generalisations of distances whether realistic or otherwise are hardly valid.
