Has anyone been able to refinance their 2019 Model 3?

I refinanced within DCU from 2.75 to 2.25 and they either use MRSP or NADA.

Front Motor bottom cover ripped off

Mine ripped off after a heavy rain with local flooding. Also lost an aero cover going through puddles. Took it to the service center and they took care of it and reinforced it with more bolts. I was told that the cars were coming out of the factory built for CA where they only needed 70% of the...

    Console protector - clear

Xpel. They have a precut option in the software for the interior console.

Can't decide between AWD and performance

I'd go with AWD but you have to factor in if you're going to get a second set for winter/summer and what your commute was like. I'd echo GolanB's post with my commute being local and plenty of red lights so I'm not using any acceleration benefit. In the winter, I'm on chill mode with low regen...

All of a sudden: Waze Carpool

The difference between uber/lyft for the driver must be to keep them as close to their route to work, which in my opinion works better for me as a driver instead of being sent far off from my ideal destination. I'm still hesitant about something like this but I can see how this appeals just for...

    Advice on a long drive..

Try using plugshare and chargepoint to see if there are other chargers if there aren't any SC around your destination. Most ski places and some hotels have destination chargers included with the stay. Some towns have free chargers near their town halls as well if you're staying overnight near one.

New SR+ owner with AP questions

I think what OP is asking is in comparison to an ICE car, TACC or regular CC remains engaged while changing lanes where as Tesla M3 disengages when changing lanes. I think OP is looking to keep some kind of cruise on. For the new AP packages, ideally, they would disengage auto steer but maintain...

Diono Radian RXT & Clek Foonf Owners - Feedback

I have a Clek Fllo. The Foonf has the rigid latch system for from facing but for rear facing, they use the same latch system so I use one from the left and one from the right.

Diono Radian RXT & Clek Foonf Owners - Feedback

I have a clek. I've tried it in the middle with the latch and found it a bit wobbly since the middle is raise. It's more wobbly than in my Corolla. But my passenger seat up against it kept it stable. When in any of the other back seats, it was perfectly stable. However, If you have a front seat...

Model 3 - Horn Issue - Check the left side

I have to say having tested mine, it works mainly where the horn symbols are on both sides and maybe the bottom center but I feel I have to put way more pressure to get it to even move in to make noise. At least the work though.

Model 3 - Horn Issue - Check the left side

I'll have to check this. I've had one instance where I tried to beep and no sound came out and I thought I was putting the same pressure in as my other car. I was using both thumbs around the middle/lower part of each side of the steering.

    Windshield stickers?

I have it in my rear along window with some sticky residue. I'm waiting for some microfibers and I'll see how cleaning goes. I was going to try alcohol or vinegar. I was avoiding goo gone and windex.

Found out what’s causing undercarriage composite to break apart

This is a great find and I'm going to check my own 3 since I'm also in the northeast. I wonder if they can make a fin like drain in the bumper and panel that maintains aerodynamics when driving forward.

Will the AWD Model 3 Need Snow Tires?

I'm from Boston as well and it depends on your situation and how much you drive. In the city, they plow soon after so unless you're absolutely needing to be somewhere or are essential personal, you could probably get by without. If you plan on bringing it to ski or road trip north or live in...

    XPEL and sensors

I got full wrap in gloss and my sensors were cut. But I can see why for stealth, the look would be off.
