I've been charging on a granny charger recently and the same 'feature' seems to be present. Set the app to 10A and it keeps dropping down to 9A.

I haven't tried it, but ev.energy does the same thing and works well. You definitely don't need a smart charger to take advantage of Agile with a Tesla.

You don't need to change the sensor, if there's nothing wrong with it. Service/repair kits are available to replace the other parts, as you would when changing a tyre.

Are you sure it's a charge of £384 and not a refund? VED was baked into my Leaseplan agreement and I got £384 refunded at the end of last month as a result of the new exemption.

Yep, a recent update has made the phone key much less reliable for me. Sometimes it will open if I just stand by the car for a few seconds and wait, other times I have to wake up my phone, although that could just be coincidence that by then I've waited long enough for it to open and fiddling...

Your issue doesn't sound exaclty the same as mine, but it's similar enough to possibly be linked. I too moved into a new build at the start of the year and the incumbent was BG. I switched to Octopus in April and have had nothing but problems trying to get them to take readings from my meters...
