Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

The contradictions are what's LOL. You literally just said "Main thing 0-60 matters for those of us that drag race is the initial launch and 60 foot time, to get the best 1/4 ET." You keep beating your drum about 0-60 being pointless when you admit that it's critical in getting the best 1/4...

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

I guess 0-60 only matters when you are quoting your 0-60 in another thread.

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

Let's keep this thread on topic, because range could send this thread into a major tangent.

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

I will do the same and see if I can get a quicker time. This is my point and I agree with everything @SBDPlaid said (except for the definition of deflection and that 0-60 is pointless). The car is fast and off a roll and 60-130 it's crazy fast. When driving to Mammoth and needing to pass a...

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

I am not talking about nor interested in the Plaid. My kids do this all the time and it drives me crazy, it's called deflection. If I owned a Plaid I would have major issues with both the points you brought up. On this thread we are talking about the performance of the new MSLR and the main...

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

Except I bought a car that claimed 3.1 sec 0-60 and I want a car that can do 3.1 0-60. Period.

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

This is one that Tesla needs to address, but we all know they likely will not. They advertise 0-60 in 3.1 seconds and there is not an asterisk, so there is no ambiguity there, the car should be able to do 0-60 in 3.1 seconds, no roll-out. Not one person has posted a 0-60 time in 3.1 Not one...

Performance of Refreshed MSLR vs. others

Best Draggy I have been able to pull is 3.32 (3.06 w/1ft ro). But I will say I have not spent much time working on it and never got the launch mode to fully engage, so maybe it could be a tad quicker?

    Will factory 20” Model 3 wheels fit on a a late 2016 Model S?

No they will not fit. They have a different lug pattern (5x120 vs 5x114.3)

    Trailer hitch on 2021 refresh?

You should only need a 4 pin connector, but below are the pinouts for all standard US trailer connectors. Your issue will be where are you going to tap into the car to get these? So far, no-one has been able to find a good solution.

    2022.28.2 no new menu icon?

That's funny because my service advisor told me that exact opposite! I was trying to troubleshoot an autopilot issue in my 2020 LR+ and hit the mic button, filed a bug report every time but the service advisor told me those go to Corporate and they dont have access. Tough to get a straight...

    2022.28.2 no new menu icon?

Press the Mic on the Yoke and say "Bug Report (Insert feedback here)" and Tesla will get the feedback.

    2022.20.17 installing

I have an update waiting for install but it's 2022.28.2, seems to be a newer version than yours for some reason?

Tesla Owner Pulls Gun on Teens

What is the "Off Topic" forum for here if not for things like this? This is tangentially related, but clearly has nothing to do with Tesla. The reason one might bring something like this to TMC, in the Off Topic forum, is because as a community we know other Tesla owners and that could have...
