Can your face be a security feature so if the Tesla 3 does not recognize you then the car won't move? Maybe alert the owner that a stranger is in the car trying to take off with it?

Can anyone recommend the best way to identify sources of salvage to reclaim batteries that have been involved with cars that have been sent to salvage?
