if you haven't done it, do it. its well worth it. you can definitely feel the difference. the car pulls quite hard now compared to before.

This is very unusual - esp how the paint looks inside the crack - maybe they tried to cover it up before pickup. I would not pickup the car from their possession until they either offer a re-build or a new vehicle. Covering it up with a body shop will not solve the underlying issue. Considering...

I just got a ding - was so angry that I parked between two cars and had a bad feeling about it going in already. I walked out to my car and saw the ding immediately and was almost not surprised that it happened. Hit and run of course, but I guess that's life.
