I wonder if you video taped (i dated myself here.... ) recorded yourself doing the install if that would constitute as proof of doing the install correctly. I guess it could also prove you installed it incorrectly... LOL

The one that quoted me was called Hayward Insurance. I can cancel up to a month free of charge. I have a friend that sells insurance and he is getting me another quote, I think they use Aviva. Will update if there is a significant difference.

This is probably too late for you.... but I just picked it up ICBC charges an arm and a leg and I hear they only do it for 3 years: costs - $850/yr 3rd Party Insurance (I've seen a few for a 5 yr period it seems to be about 2500-2600 for the term) - ~$500/yr 3rd Party insurance does offer...

i do... dont know where it is... but it is literally just double the thickness of a pane of glass I think I read somewhere that most windows are 4mm thick while windshields are 5mm so I'd say the double pane windows are between 8-10mm?

We picked up a M3 SR+ in Jun 2019 and were told that the 240v adapter was not included already. It was no surprise that the MY didnt have that. We have the wall connector to charge anyhow.

Have you done a test where you are unplugged for the same duration to see what the power loss was if any?
