    Repair/Parts wait times in Australia

Canberra Automotive Refinishers in Belconnon. Top notch. Very happy with the work. Turn around time was two half days.

    Repair/Parts wait times in Australia

Wonder if it's in the same container as my stuff. Nobody jinx it please.

Who needs indicators anyway, not like anyone uses them 😉 😄

    Repair/Parts wait times in Australia

Well I'm actually surprised with my turn around time on parts. Got a call from the body shop today, car booked in for the end of the month as they have secured a new front bumper. Sending good tesla magic vibes for swift acquisition of replacements for everyone else.

    Repair/Parts wait times in Australia

I'm not looking forward to see how long it takes to replace my front bumper. Someone was nice enough to reverse into it at a Woolies car park last month 🤬. A couple repairers here in Canberra said that it could be a while, or just not wanting to take the job at all due to having other Tesla's in...

    UI Rant

Your best starting point is to understand what does and doesn't work with the current UI. From there you can take a stocktake of what can be improved and why. This is important to understand for determining what requirements you will need going forward. You will save tremendous levels of energy...

    UI Rant

I have to say that sure the UI is not mind blowing spectacular. I didn't mind the previous version. I do agree with one poster here, in that you just have to get use to it, overall it's functional and does its job. I see a lot of posts stating how much they dislike the UI but I'm not really...

    Forward and reverse

Hard not to giggle about this while reading it. No doubt you felt dumb for doing it, but I think we all know how easy it is to be in that situation. Just that one moment when the brain is on autopilot and you hit the wrong stick. Feel for you.

    Forward and reverse

Long answer is No 🤷. You will get use to it pretty quickly and will become second nature. Within the first month of having my car I did something similar. That was the first and last time a close call happened. Mark it down to a learning experience.

Climate Control Issue - climate keeper not working due to system fault

OK this might seemed weird. I let the car sleep. Entered the tesla app. Navigated to climate. Tried turning on the a/c remotely. Presented with climate failed error in the app. I then exited the app, reopened and repeated the procedure to turn the a/c on again. No error presented. App displayed...

Climate Control Issue - climate keeper not working due to system fault

Thanks. I'll raise a ticket and get it sorted.

Climate Control Issue - climate keeper not working due to system fault

Just encounter this issue when unsplitting the a/c mid drive 🤷. Did we decide that a service booking is required to fix this? Anyone get it resolved?

    Camping in the 3

OK. For new years I did a quick camping trip in the hot tub equipped mobile hotel. -- Camp Bed -- I removed the rear seat cushions to give a good flat surface to sleep on. This involved pressing in two clips, these clips were located visibly under the left and right passenger seats. The rear...

    Camping in the 3

Think I could replicate the hot tub by filling the frunk with hot water and sitting in that 🤷

    Camping in the 3

Think my inflatable mattress test ended in being a snugg fit.
