Im thinking its the cost to reduce the weeks that inventory (money) sits in parking lots waiting for trucks, which was pretty much my case. 5 days too manufacture but 5 weeks from Freemont to Montreal.

They found the same issue when mine arrived but fixed both in a couple of hours before delivery and all was good. They simply removed the rear windows and moved them back a hair to clear the moldings.

I ordered an inventory car, one already in the queue, #15,XXX, on August 30 and it's been sitting in a Chicago truck depot for 10 days!! How frustrating is that??
