Is there a way we can write tesla to get them to explore an option west of I-35 on HW 20?

How would we know that answer...? If there is a problem talk to an employee of the business associated with the charger.

This location might take a bit. The parking spots seem finished but they haven't started digging or pouring for the charger slabs. Has any equipment been delivered?

Great idea. I agree, if there was to be just one more location in Iowa, it should be around there. That center stretch can be hard in the cold. Sadly after all the attention we are getting now, I doubt we will see expansions around here for quite some time.

That would require them to deliver, setup, dig, install, let cement cure, and activate all in 2 weeks. While I agree its coming soon there's zero realistic chance it'll be completed in 2 weeks.

Just drove by. There is definitely something going on. There are carts tipped upside down outlining what looks to be the spot for the super charger. No ground breaking yet and I could not locate any installation equipment so not quite yet but something is gonna happen very soon! The cart barrier...

I will drive by Thursday to confirm and get pictures.

Was it ever on the find us page? I don't recall it being officially confirmed by tesla as a potential site.

You are really underestimating how much these charging stations cost. We're talking several thousand and then on top of that the adapter we would need costs $450.

Knowing that the average time taken from groundbreaking to charger turn on is ~1 month for a supercharger build, unless this starts before mid to late September, I would wager this supercharger doesn't begin construction till late March/early April of next year due to the ground being...
