thanks John, as long as I can still request for an HOV sticker if I purchased a Tesla that's all that matters at this time.

Someone told me that each manufacture has a limit to how many HOV stickers each of them can receive. I know this is true for the federal tax credit but never heard of a manufacture limit on them. I'm about to pull the trigger on a model S shortly and the driving factor is the HOV sticker...
