Yes that was the one, was worried would be ex communicated from Tesla and have no supercharging etc making it useless

I didn't buy it in the end, just felt it was too much of a risk.

Sorry I did not make it clear, I meant that I wanted to try and find out if the car could be upgraded before I buy it and that some of the cars I am looking at are not local to me, so I would not want to drive all the way there to check it out unless I was pretty sure I was going to buy it.
