No SC equipment delivered yet. Parking lots full of workers cars doing interior construction. No update on the permit either. Looks like the project is on hold.

Update - construction on the north side of the building is complete and equipment/storage container was removed, so now will be easy to spot progress from the street. No equipment delivered yet, but now that Elk Grove construction is done, hope to see some progress soon!

Cement truck was there on Wednesday pouring some more slabs on the south side of the lot, maybe for utility transformers.

Update - no equipment on site yet. They are finishing construction of an overhang structure on the north side of the building which may be blocking access. Parking lot curbs and light poles are installed. Planned opening for retail is in April. Meanwhile, construction started already on the Elk...

Update - no update. No trenching or conduit yet along south or north parking lots. There are some parking spaces behind the stores, which would be a weird location given truck delivery docks, so it's wait and see since the entire site is still fenced off with no access. Overhead map view

Parking lots are in. This is a view of the south lot which looks like the best open area and closer to the utility transformers. Will update if any equipment shows up but they are focusing on the buildings now so don’t expect any updates soon.
