Thanks to someone walking me through it, I've confirmed that the supercharging account is SC05 (meaning non-transferable).

That's correct. I think they didn't have them available at the time I got the car and it was to be installed later. I personally prefer it without the spoiler, so I've eschewed getting it installed but would be happy to go get it installed if the buyer is interested.

It was fully repaired. It was front-right quarter and there's no evidence of it occurring at this time. The picture above is current and post-repair. Here's what it looked like when it occurred:
