Aftermarket Sub-woofer Amplifier Installation using DC-DC +12v Power Source

It seems like there's a split in the community between who has and doesn't have this problem. I was curious if it's been narrowed down to the amps that cause the issue. Is it a certain size? Do smaller, more efficient amplifiers (like class D) not cause this issue?

@ME My vote would be to replace the outlet since it's cheaper and cleaner. Less adapters is better for ensuring less resistance and less heat that can slow down the flow of electrons. You could also just hard wire it if you didn't have a need for the outlet, then you're just buying the line up...

You can get a chargepoint charger that has a plug that will go into the NEMA 14-50 outlet. It's one of the options on Amazon. Then Tesla ships the car with an adapter so that you can plug the chargepoint cable into your car.

For those looking to get their cars sooner... there's reports that if you toggle to cash and no trade in you get moved up very quick - Tesla Model 3 buyers are feeling Tesla’s new quest for profit Certainly not possible for everyone, but if your'e able it might mean getting $4,500.

Is everyone seeming the pricing and timeline changes for the model 3? Sounds like everything but performance is getting pushed a couple months out. Tesla Daily on Twitter

I would recommend Xceed. Credit Union Loan and Deposit Rates | Xceed Financial Credit Union They have a 1.75% rate which is crazy. You can get a CD that will earn you more than that. You have to donate to heal the bay or another participating charity in order to be a member, but they're familiar...

How long did it take you to get the paperwork you could take to the DMV after receiving the car?

This is where I'm concerned too. It applies to leases too, so you can lease a leaf for three years and have the first year paid for. Any update on the group buy for ceramic coating?

How's the order progressing? I'm assuming with it being quarter end they're moving faster than normal. I'll be surprised if AWD gets the rebate since the first Dual motor just rolled off the line yesterday and they'll just do performance first. I don't think you'll have regrets.

These both seem interesting - New and Used Car Loans | DCU | Massachusetts | New Hampshire Credit Union Loan and Deposit Rates | Xceed Financial Credit Union Don't know of anything local or that I would recommend.

You can still get a chargepoint charger practically free (they went on sale 10% off last June). Separate from the EV rebate they have a ton of charger rebates.

You're exactly right. They're giving the 4k in exchange for your personal data - where you charge, when you charge how long you charge, etc. Much of CP is more than what's necessary with a Tesla as Tesla's let you set when it charges and show a lot of data, but if you're a data nerd, there's...

I think they would have to buy then resell to you unless you get written approval of Tesla - https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/model_3_reservation_agreement.pdf

Wow! Sounds like great timing. Did you already get invited for AWD or did you just take first production as soon as it opened up to you?
