6:15 pm day before scheduled pick up and I got a bs text about my car needing additional inspection… after I called several times to confirm as I was selling my only car before picking up. I could have at least kept my car until Sunday if they weren’t such trash communicators and liars. No Uber...

Delivery day Friday! I haven’t received a single text but I see all my docs in account. Is that normal? Anyone else not get any texts but still pick up on time ?

I called today and apparently the inspection can take 3-4 days after arrival because they’ve added some additional things to inspect. I take this message more as it’s taking longer than initially expected not so much that they found something wrong.

How far in advance do they ask for payment? My delivery date is next Friday and those buttons are still grayed out for me!
