Yes... I have a Model X and this is happening often (several times a day). In for service twice with replacement of memory chip and firmware upgrade but it still is happening. I get the impression from all these posts that there may be more than one reason why this occurs but they dont really...- DOCHENRY

Model X Screen Shut Off
Mine does the same thing. Just had it in for the second time in a few weeks and they replaced the memory card and did a firmware update. It has the latest software update. TODAY...happened again just two days after the last service.
