I have both the old seat design model x and new seat design. The new seat design, IMO are not comfortable. They are very forward and put a lot of pressure on your neck. Some do like it but I can't stand it.

Took delivery in December 2019, with the new seat design. The new headrest is very anterior and is horrible for people with neck pain IMO.

I also have a month old raven that had condensation on the Driver side pillar. They refused to replace it stating that there is nothing wrong with the camera, even though had pictures that clearly showed condensation on the glass.
