Tesla batteries prove best value in class — UBS

Brought up a paywall but searching for the title get's the short story through a different link. The conclusion is cost based rather than longevity or quality, but cool nonetheless: The results showed Tesla’s batteries cost $111 per kilowatt-hour of charge, which are $37/kWh or $2,800 per...

    FS: Model 3 Key Fob

Presumably an attempt to cash in on a shortage by stockpiling limited inventory. Given the lack of expected functionality, not even worth $150

Surround vehicle display limited v2.0 90D

Same error message since my car received the ver. 9 upgrade, and it hasn't disappeared. Service centre reviewed logs and I have an appointment on Oct. 24th - apparently the review showed a "connection or camera issue" - it's a long wait to address a flashing yellow error message in my IC.

Vancouverites looking into Ceramic or Xpel

An excellent question. I had NanoCrystal done on my Model S by Burnaby Auto Spa for about $500, and it's been excellent over the 18 months I've had the car. Don't know if this is a "lesser" product...

    Vancouver BC VIN .

    Vancouver BC VIN .

My guess is that there will be a swarm of Model 3s unleashed on BC for the long weekend.

    Vancouver BC VIN .

I don't think any have been delivered in BC, based on discussions with the folks at the West 4th store in Vancouver, and if they know why Ontario got so many weeks of a head start, they aren't sharing.

M3 Tear Down by Munro & Associates. Pictures By Motor Trend

Totally disagree - I'm also in "industry", in my case the Medical Device Industry, and design changes affecting manufacturing happen at a rate of many a week - significant changes that replace major sub-systems happen many times a year for products early in their life-cycle. .

    Intermittent Front Parking Sensor Failure

I've had the same message from my SC - firmware fix in the next few weeks.

    Intermittent Front Parking Sensor Failure

Turning on and off meaning turning off all power to the car, or just exit and lock?

    Intermittent Front Parking Sensor Failure

Same here, also Dec 2016 MS75D. Vancouver service have checked it twice and because it's intermittent they give it back with a "functioning as designed". Within a few minutes of driving away I've got no front sensor information showing in the IC again. Incredibly frustrating. I don't think...
