Model S 2018 worth keeping before battery warranty expires?

NV Ray, so sorry, after pressing the hubs for more information, he basically said he saw something on Reddit....consider the source!

Model S 2018 worth keeping before battery warranty expires?

Hi YHKK, sorry, I do not always log in often. Same as you, I was charged to replace the battery cooler/heater and the 12v. After a couple of weeks, I got another compressor error, for which they charged me to replace the compressor. So far everything has been fine since then, but it has...

Model S 2018 worth keeping before battery warranty expires?

This is so interesting to read. My 2018 just got towed for random errors related to the battery cooling system, a dead 12v, and suspension compressor errors. So far no word as to what is going on with it. Also debating whether to keep or trade up. Have heard rumors about the latest software...

2023 M3 charge port light stays solid blue after connecting charger

Well, that didn't work out, so documenting all of it and sending written notice. @smrM3 - how are you doing with yours?

2023 M3 charge port light stays solid blue after connecting charger

Thanks davewill! There is one more option, however. After a few months of checking, the exact same model came up for sale in my area. I just put a down payment on it and will trade it for troublesome one. It's an expensive way to troubleshoot, but at least I can rule out the car if it...

If that were the problem, the link would turn green momentarily then turn blue.

2023 M3 charge port light stays solid blue after connecting charger

smrM3, I have no idea. Today marked the 12th time my MS won't charge since purchasing it one year ago. I have tried all of the things including logging completely out of the app, changing various [hone permission settings, replacing the wall charger, and yes, to all of the well-intended folks...

2023 M3 charge port light stays solid blue after connecting charger

It has been happening to me for over a year, and no one can seem to diagnose it.

    Car will not charge

This happens to me all the time. Service cannot find anything wrong with the car, and charging say's it's not the wall charger. Back and forth, they blame each other. I've called at least 9 times now. Sadly looking for another MS.

Gen 3 Wall Connector Delayed Charging?

Update on mine - the MS is still charging, but as others have stated it takes a good 30 to 60 seconds for charging to begin. Running 2022.40.1 as well, so we'll blame this one on the software.

Gen 3 Wall Connector Delayed Charging?

I had the same problem with my model S until this evening - now it will not go to charging at all. Looking forward to seeing what this new hell is going to be.

model S will not charge after software updates

According to my electrician and Tesla Wall Connector support, the charging amps should be less than your circuit maximum. To answer your questions: 1. Yes, I have a mobile connector. No, does not work. 2. I do not know what a J1772 is. However, the car will not charge at the Supercharger...

model S will not charge after software updates

Blew both out with canned air. This car was in service 3 times, so you'd think they would have checked that.

model S will not charge after software updates

Well, they sent me a new wall connector @zoomer0056 and the car charged for two months. Over the last week or so there has been an increasingly longer delay between plugging the wand into the car and getting the green. Tonight, dark blue ring only. Same error - no power. Same blue on the...

model S will not charge after software updates

Hi Dave, the car was not in scheduled charging mode. Dark blue means the car is ready to charge, but the charger and the car are not talking to each other.
