    M3LR trade in for MYP?

I had a 3LR then went to a Y Performance and went back to a 3LR. The Y doesn’t not drive as well (feels slower although it isnt) and does not sit much higher off the ground. Now if you need the space that’s a different question.

Tesla threatening to cancel order before 30 days of first attempt

I think you are allowed 1 hold for a max of 2 weeks. This seems pretty fair to me. Once my car came off hold I received a text from Tesla and was able to reschedule the delivery appt very easily via text (not their online system). They seemed to be very accommodating and did not cancel my order.

Delivery / Service Issues (panel gaps, delivery delays / issues / Service problems etc)

I probably wouldn’t have accepted the car with so many issues. That said, schedule an appointment and from experience they are always helpful (sc and mobile service). Good luck!

Has anyone gone from a Model Y to a M3P

For me its the right answer, because the M3 LR is more fun to drive and I didn’t buy the acceleration boost yet. The car handles better, feels faster, and also has much better range at 358 miles. M3 P should be much more fun to drive. Good luck whatever way you go!

Has anyone gone from a Model Y to a M3P

I started with a 2019 M3 LR then went to a Model 2020 MY P. Now I haves a 2022 M3 LR and much prefer the M3 LR. The MYP felt slower to me and was not as fun to drive as the M3LR. The interior space felt similarly sized with the exception of the the trunk being much larger (and taller) in the Y...

Tesla Cancelled My Order - Am I right to be upset?

Sounds legit to me. I ordered a LR M3 in November 2021 after selling my 2020 Performance Y. I moved my order back once because I was traveling and Tesla was not flexible (even though I waited 6 months with inevitable delays on their end). I then scheduled delivery and then they delayed a week...

When to wait for 2023 M3 RWD?

Not really sure. The “old” lights seem to be coming back with the newer VINS. Another reason to just order when you need one. Good luck!

When to wait for 2023 M3 RWD?

Honestly I’d be more worried about what is going to be included/excluded (light changes, etc) than the model year. That said I think you’d probably be safe for a 2023 if you order in late August. I know that people aren’t getting matrix lights again and that’s a risk. For me it’s a simple pass...

My comments on 2022 Tesla Model X PLAID

I’d be afraid to drive that on the streets in Charlotte lol.

My comments on 2022 Tesla Model X PLAID

You’re both probably right but life’s to short to not have a car when I want one and not have to deal with Uber/renting.

When to wait for 2023 M3 RWD?

At that point you might as well wait for a 2024 lol. Tesla makes changes when and as they see fit. See the matrix/no -matrix headlights with various 2022 VIN’s. Personally I’d buy the car when you need it and not focus on model year but that’s just me.

My comments on 2022 Tesla Model X PLAID

Yes. I only drive about 1,500 miles per year so with the dated design (my opinion I realize this is different for everyone) and the long wait times I went with the better car for me.

Delivery / Service Issues (panel gaps, delivery delays / issues / Service problems etc)

I picked up my Model 3 LR last Thursday from Charlotte, NC. I noticed a few minor issues with the car right after delivery so setup a service appointment: 1. Alignment - couple degrees to the right 2. Rear tail lights - 1-2” deep scratch across the top of the rear right light 3. Minor paint...

My comments on 2022 Tesla Model X PLAID

My biggest issue with the S/X is they look like they are from 2015. Love the way they drive but looks so dated for a $100K+ vehicle. I went with a 3 this go around while I await a proper exterior refresh to bring these vehicles into the 2020’s.
