    yes - they notified me that it was illegal before I made my choice . They have other options :)

    I went to Protective Window Films in Vacaville after finding this thread & reading the reviews for my Model 3. I am so pleased I went there - they did an amazing job and for an amazing price ! BEFORE & ATER - all 5 windows are LIMO tint
