Agree to have them remove the tint but only on the condition you will sit there watch and videotape to ensure they don’t damage the vehicle any further.

Lots of people, myself included, have already taken delivery of post-3/1 built Model Xs. No ambient lighting or front bumper cams. That doesn’t mean they won’t come any day now, but it has nothing to do with 3/1 build dates. That much we do know for sure.

My understanding is that the Month and Year it was built are listed on the sticker on the driver's door jamb, but it doesn't provide the day. I asked Tesla through the app for the build date and they sent it to me within 24 hours.
