Not sure if my answer is right. I got VIN yesterday. I called SA today, he said my car might be in production but when he pulled information from computer, he said the car is ready and waiting to be on route.

Just spoke to SA asking for early schedule He confirmed to move to DEC 18. (from DEC 20) He said the car now is waiting to be on route. I'm also trying to schedule with service for garage opener and winter tires installation in the same day. Still waiting for a confirmation. Ordered 09/28...

congrats ! yes, they are working on White. I ordered Black, still don't have VIN :P

it's interesting that Tesla decided not to update inventories online. I've been checking Tazz.la in past weeks, nothing available. When I called SA, he told me that there are cars in their inventory. I guess it is only available internally. Or it just could be Tezz.la needs to update its system.

From what they told VIN will be assigned into online account one week ahead of delivery. Sounds like they put it on route then assign VIN ....anyway it'll be total of 10 weeks for this car ...

How long does it take to assemble M3 ? and how long for transportation from factory to east coast? just curious :)
