    1134 probably means something. Here is what I did: I can locate many VINs such as 5YJ3E1EA3HF002800 5YJ3E1EA0HF001135 at DMV or carfax, however they do not show in NHTSA. 5YJ3E1EA9HF001134 is the highest I can find on both locations, also the following bunch: 5YJ3E1EA1HF001001...

    Is there different between NHTSA and DMV or carfax? I was able to locate vin for model 3 ending 22xxx (20k?) assume vin was preregistered. Thoughts?
