    Tesla owners in Huntsville, AL

Update: The service center said that Tesla prioritizes their service centers first and then the certified service centers. That said, they expect the parts to take about a month after they order them. Once the car is taken apart they may find other things but the initial assessment was for...

Model 3. This was a service center recognized by Tesla. Parts are the main concern. My wife’s CX5 was in the shop for 3 months due to a lack of parts.

    Tesla owners in Huntsville, AL

Well, it happened. A car stopped in front of me and I was paying attention but the person behind me wasn’t and rear-ended me. In the chaos afterwards I forgot to save the dashcam video (honk) until about 30 minutes later. Unfortunately too late. I have a police report. The closest...

I tried the MidCity superchargers this morning and the two I tried were turned off. Any idea when these will go active?

    Another rejected model Y

Did people zoom in on the 2nd pic? I think OP should do with his money as he sees fit. Did people forget that he said he already had a M3, so he is aware of Tesla and this was his 2nd?

EAP to FSD - bite the bullet now or risk it?

I have a feeling, just a feeling, that there will be a big FSD update just before the price increase. One theory is that the writing is on the wall and true FSD is years away and Tesla is trying to slow demand by increasing its price. Another is that FSD is about to get a lot more real.

Premium Connectivity cost $9.99/month for many Model 3 versions

Satellite and traffic started showing up Saturday night. Guess they just hadn’t flipped the switch yet.

Premium Connectivity cost $9.99/month for many Model 3 versions

Sat Maps and traffic are showing up in my car now. Somewhere a Tesla IT guy just got his wings for remembering to flip that variable and push it out to the fleet.

    Premium Connectivity email just arrived

actually, my footwell lights come on for just a second and then go off when I open my door. Looks like software limited.

MASTER THREAD: 2019.40.2 - FSD AutoSteer Stop Sign Warning and Adjacent Lane Speeds

Yes, and subscribed immediately. Then checked and I still don’t have satellite maps or live traffic. (I know how I am supposed be able to turn them on, but options aren’t there)

Premium Connectivity cost $9.99/month for many Model 3 versions

Came here to ask the same question. I’ve had my car since April and have never had satellite maps. If you tap the map screen, a group of buttons are supposed to appear in the lower right of the screen to allow turning on satellite and traffic. For me, only the “show chargers” option appears...

    Firmware update question

Also, others here have suggested that it can be a few weeks until you get into the update rotation for your area. Congrats on the car. Welcome to the club. The algorithm they use is a mystery. Hopefully you get the update soon.

    Duplicate software updates?

Received 36.2.3 last night. It turned off the one pedal driving but I could re-enable it in settings. However, when I tried watching Netflix the windshield wipers came on and wouldn’t stop unless I either exited Netflix or press-and-held the wiper icon until it entered manual off. As...
