Thursday 26th @ 1:30 pm. Still no transformer. While I was there for ~ 5 min, two MXs drove up and plugged in. Guess the Electrek article got a few people's attention.

Dropped by at noon today (9-11). No activity. No transformer. :-( They did finally close and lock the gate so you have to get close and peer in to see that the concrete pad is still empty. Waiting...

@Ampster - thanks for the update. Next time you stop by, look for the PG&E transformer that will be on the concrete pad behind the green wooden fence. The pad is about 8' square and, the last time I looked, there was no transformer. PG&E transformers are typically big green metal boxes and...

There are no numbers or letters currently on any of the 20 pedestals. That, of course, could change after testing - we shall see.

Not sure which cabinets are the ones you are talking about. I saw this label below but I don't think it was on one of the V3 cabinets. I think that for some reason, they have put the V3 cabinets in bags. Where should I be looking for the rating lable?

I think we are getting ahead of ourselves on this one. The picture below shows the pad where the PG&E transformer will be placed. And given we are entering fire season, all the PG&E crews are out cutting trees away from the power lines. We might not see a transformer on that pad for a while...
