I got the Basenor. Fits fine (tight). About $55 on Amazon.

I ordered the Basenor off Amazon. Very good fit and quick delivery. I just got them last Thursday. Going to post a review as soon as I have time to take some pictures. They, unfornately, appear to be out of stock except used ones.

I would not say that is a blanket true statement. The lease company gets the credit, and they can do with it as they please. A couple of vehicles ago I leased a PEHV Ford C-Max. They were not doing well (the C-Max's) so Ford gave customer the 7.5K credit. I'm not saying that would ever...

I'm not going to get into the lease vs buy, as there are plenty of threads, YouTube videos etc. that can go over the pro's/con's of that. What I would suggest if you are thinking about leasing is check out more than just Tesla's lease. There is no option to purchase the vehicle at lease end...

Last update (4-Jul) as that they "should" be at their warehouse/shipping center on 9-Jul (today). From there they have to be packaged up and shipped. Not holding my breath that it will actually happen today ;-)

If you want to track your effencicy in charging you can try a app like Optiwatt or an application like TeslaMate (teslamate.org). I'm charging on 110 right now and I get between 70 - 80% efficiency. I hope to have a 14-50 installed later this summer and 220v charging is more efficient.

Not sure that Tesla can do a lot about this (other than shipping via another carrier). I ordered a 14-50 adapter and the status went from delivery yesterday to pending. In looking at the details of the tracking it got hung up in Chicago. Today it shows pending yet, but on a delivery vehicle...

I'm not in Michigan, but I'm in Wisconsin and I think things are similar (can't sell / lease in the state). I talked to some local credit union's and found one that was familiar with leasing Tesla's. Process was easy and the rate was good.

@ranova If you are going to go with a public IP (and you can even do it on private) I'd go with the Advanced setup. Is thas the HTTP authentication that you are looking for.

You need to set 4 environment variables in your .env file: MQTT_HOST=##.##.##.## MQTT_PORT=1883 MQTT_USERNAME=##### MQTT_PASSWORD=##### And then include the variables in your docker-compose.yml in the environment section of teslamate.
