Vendor 🚨 The easiest way to protect your Tesla just got easier 🚨

I tried to get a quote and no dice. Florida not one of the states you are in? Or is my 2015 Model S to old? Or perhaps to high of mileage at 190,000?

    Supercharger network is critical infrastructure

Actually I do live in a rural area which is why I have a wall connector. I don't need the government to take care of me or hold my hand. If your local supercharger goes down and that leaves you stranded, maybe an EV is not the right car for you...

    Supercharger network is critical infrastructure

its NOT a public utility, its a service offered by a PRIVATE entity. If you dont like it use another service like Charge Point. Charge point has about 55,000 charging stations compared to Tesla's approximately 2,200. I don't see you advocating this same treatment for any of the other charger...

Finally! Dynamic Power Management for wall connector

I just didnt wanna give up my wall connector. Plus the device is only like 100 bucks vs 600 for a new charger.

SC gas lighting - look at this

You could have this with any car maker. I had a brand new 2006 Mustang GT. It developed a rattle, dealer swore they couldnt hear it. I finally found it when I put Eibach adjustable struts on the car. The front swaybar end link was loose and had wallowed out the hole it is bolted to on the strut...

    Supercharger network is critical infrastructure

So you want the government to by force take over private property? Socialist much? Congress appropriated 7.5 BILLION for EV charging infrastructure and has yet to build a single charger. Suggested reading https://a.co/d/aNa8pGX "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm...

Finally! Dynamic Power Management for wall connector

I wonder if this could also be used so that my car only charges from my solar? I have a enphase system and I would love for the car to charge instead of sending power back to the grid. To do it myself I have to babysit the car and turn the amps up and down through the app. Connect it to the...

DIY...Big Brake Kit for Under 2k

What size rims are you running? Would this work on stock 18 inch rims? Also do you have a link to the spacers you used?

Oil change in drive unit tesla model S

After pricing up what it would cost me to do it using the Pentosin ATF 64 and 2 filters, approximately 120 dollars. The Tesla service center will do it for 230 and can get me in next friday. Im just gonna let them do it. About the only thing I havent done maintenance wise since I got the car...

Changing fluid in the Gear box , part or Model S drive train.

Anyone ever heard of a Company called Pentosin? They have a product called ATF 64. Anyone had any experience with it? The company even released a statement touting it as compatible for Tesla. https://crpautomotive.com/wp-conten...tive-Pentosin-Tesla-EV-Fluids-Award-PR_V2.pdf

Oil change in drive unit tesla model S

I want to change the gear oil on both the front and rear drive units on S. Ive been doing some searching around, seems alot of people say Dexron VI is compatible. I was trying to find something better in either Amsoil or Redline product line. I came across a fluid from Pentosin called ATF 64...

Tesla service & maintenance: the biggest difference with legacy car makers?

My experience hasn't been that great either. I paid out of pocket to get the MCU2 with FM radio upgrade and had to take it back twice because they "forgot" to install the FM radio and then "forgot" to make sure the mic worked for making phone calls. Both times they wanted me to leave it...

Need parts, ignored by service center.

They dont do "walk ins". When I was there for service several month ago I needed some parts and the service guy kept going back and forth trying to get answers.
