    As far as I know and can see in TeslaLoggers data, the loss of range 4,1V cap came with 2019.16.x, the reduced charging speed came with 2019.20.x and was tweaked multiple times (especially regarding temperature sensitivity) in later updates.

    Please try the situation from the video: AP1 detects 80, IC displays 80, long pulling the stalk sets 133 (130+3 from settings).
