People could easily still ICE the stall out of spite, and most here would apparently make excuses for them.

If they are leased stalls the car could certainly be booted or towed. But likely way too Chad for you right?

The situations you describe are not unreasonable. The store is extremely busy and all spots are at a premium. That is not at all the situation I am describing. (Here come the thumbs down)
