I did the same thing. I applied with Tower for Membership on 1/27, the same day I placed my order. Then I find one in inventory, so I went through Tesla. It was after Tesla was closed. I could not call anyone, and did not know at the time I had to because of being misinformed. The inventory was moving fast because of the price reduction, so I had to jump on it.
