Dashboard upgrade has been made by Tesla SC. They fixed rear view camera and cable to dashboard. Did AVIC installation myself. Could use supplied harness but had to solder some wires. Roadster subwoofer amp needs remote power and RCA audio from head unit. And yes, it takes some time, at least...

Have Pioneer AVIC-60DAB installed in 2.0 Roadster with 2.5 dashboard upgrade. Works fine. AVIC-8000 NEX (US) seems to be the same as AVIC-60DAB (Germany/Europe).
