After trying several times over several months, I tried a different service station. I created the service appointment, they called and just did it over the phone. The badging will be updated in a few weeks by mobile service. The Watertown, MA service center is the one that finally did it...

I am having difficulty getting Tesla to upgrade my 60D. Local service center insists I need to wait for it to reappear in my app. Hints about how to proceed. i’m the original owner, if it matters.

My local SC says it is the same part number for X. But they wouldn’t install it until/unless the option appears in my app. They know my 60D qualifies but they said they cannot guarantee the car would be a 75D if the install the hardware as they don’t know what else is needed.
