It was a very smooth process. The reported pack capacity is up to 14,774 Wh.

They came out today and replaced my Powerwall. It took about an hour from start to finish. I now have a new Powerwall 2 manufactured Nov 2023. It's charging now, but NetZero reports a full pack energy of 14,584 Wh.

I discovered the NetZero app a couple weeks ago. Installed it, and it reported that my Powerwall manufactured Nov 2018 has 32% degradation! I contacted support through the chat in the Tesla app, and in 5 minutes they confirmed an issue and said that "Level 2" support would reach out to me soon...

At least that box has been opened some time in the last two weeks.

I'm in SoCal. Orange County. It was done at the Buena Park service center.

On mine they replaced the wire as well. The plastic under the trunk lid wasn't fully snapped back on when I got it back but a few pushes fixed that. I had a service appointment for a minor issue with the driver's seat, and Tesla added this fix to the appointment.

Umm...ok. Odd response to my pointing out it's a recall. Honestly all of my experiences with mobile service have been great but when I need to take it to the service center it's been hit or miss.

I just have this done on my early 2018 Model 3. Oddly they seem to want to charge me for it. Ugh.

They do but I loathe the idea of spending $400 on an adapter for a dying standard.

I'm thinking about buying the Setec CCS1 adapter since my work has a DC FC that I can use for free charging. However, I hear it can be finicky. Does anyone near the north Orange county area have one I can test with the charger before I order one? I have a 2018 Model 3 so I don't think the...
